How to: Use the Thesaurus in Word 7.0.
Solution:
Select the word to look up, select 'Thesaurus...' from the 'Tools' menu and select the desired synonym from the 'Replace with Synonym' list box.
1) Select the desired word to look up in the thesaurus.
2) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Thesaurus...'. (The 'Thesaurus' dialog box appears.)
3) (Optional) Select the desired synonym from the 'Replace with Synonym' list box. (The selected word appears in the 'Replace with Synonym' box above the list.)
4) Click 'Replace'. (The selected word is replaced with the selected synonym.)
